Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari to quash the First Information Report dated 18.07.2025 registered as case crime no. 0239 of 2025 under section 308 (5), 308(7), 333, 352, 351 (2) of B.N.S. Police Station New Agra, District Agra. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS to stay the arrest of the petitioner in First Information Report dated 18.07.2025 registered as case crime no. 0239 of 2025 under section 308 (5),308 (7), 333, 352, 351 (2) of B.N.S. Police Station New Agra, District Agra." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
