ORAL ORDER
(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer. I) Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ of Mandamus or any other writs, order or directions to respondent to consider the Representations made by the petitioner at Annexure-G, H and J and to kindly direct respondent to issue final bill and make balance amount with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. to the petitioner henceforth for the work done by the petitioner as per Annexure-F in the interest of justice and equity. ii) Any other suitable orders may kindly be pleased to pass in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent in the facts and circumstances of the case with cost of the petition. 2. Heard the learned counsel Sri. Manjunathagouda T., appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel Sri. M.L. Vanti representing the respondent. 3.
The petitioner is before the Court seeking a direction to the respondent to release the amount that he had claimed for after completion of the work. The petitioner is issued a work
order on 06.06.2011 and completes the work and submits a representation for the release of funds in terms of the work so done on 17.09.2018. The said representation is pending

consideration at the hands of the respondent despite passage of seven years. Therefore, the petitioner is before the Court.

Learned counsel Sri. M.L. Vanti submits that appropriate orders would be passed on the representation if reasonable time is granted.
5. In the light of the said circumstance, without going into the merit or the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the representation and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the
order, if not earlier. Ordered accordingly.
