The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeking to punish the Respondent authorities by taking appropriate steps in accordance with the law for the willful, wanton and 2 deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30/09/2024 in W.P. No. 21273 of 2024. 2. As per the directions of this Court vide docket proceedings dated 25.02.2025, a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.21273 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 was sent to the concerned Court i.e., IV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vijayawada and on receipt of the same, the learned Magistrate has submitted a report dated 13.03.2025 stating that FIR in Crime No.188 of 2017 of Patamata Police Station, was reconstructed, as ordered by this Court, cognizance of the offences was taken against Accused Nos.1 and 2, and process has also been issued against the Accused. 3.
