KRISHNA KUMAR) In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: A. Issue a Writ in the nature of CERTIORARI quashing the Termination Order at Annexure-B dated 20.08.2013, issued by the Deputy director of Women and Child Welfare, Dharwad. B. Issue a Writ in the nature of MANDAMUS to reinstate the Petitioner in service along with payment of backwages. C. Issue any other reliefs, incidental to the above relief, as The Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and in aid to main relief, sought for. 2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed off reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a representation, along with all relevant documents, to the concerned respondent(s), and a direction may be issued to the concerned respondent(s) to consider the said representation. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11845 WP No. 108152 of 2014 3.
