Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 by the petitioner, namely, Manob Saha @ Mithun, praying for release on bail who is facing trial in respect of Sessions Case No. T1/33/2024 pending in the court of the learned Sessions Judge, Kokrajhar. The petitioner has been facing trial for an allegation of murder of two women. There are 13 (thirteen) witnesses cited in the charge sheet. Out of them, 3 (three) are already examined. Page No.# 2/2 I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides. Considering entire aspect of the matter, this court is of the opinion that let the trial court examine at least 7 (seven) witnesses. After that, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this court again for seeking bail. With the above, the present bail application is closed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
