By means of present anticipatory bail cancellation application, applicant-informant- victim seeks to vacate the interim anticipatory bail order dated 09.05.2025 passed by this Court in ABA No.447 of 2025, Sunita Yadav & another vs. State in Case Crime/FIR No.0153/2025 dated 22.04.2025 under Sections 420, 447, 504, 506 & 120B IPC, registered at P.S. Nehru Colony, District Dehradun and arrest the accused/ respondent nos.2 & 3 for completion of the investigation.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that accused/respondent nos.2 & 3 are misusing the interim anticipatory bail as they came with lathi and country made pistol on the informant’s plot on 08.06.2025 at 09:30 a.m. and abused him; threatened to kill him and his witnesses and tried to take illegal possession. He further submits that there are cogent and credible evidence available against the present accused/respondent nos.2 & 3 regarding their
2 involvement in the present case.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and carefully perused the material available on record, this Court is of the view that there is no ground to interfere in the interim anticipatory bail granted by the Co-ordinate Bench as the applicant failed to demonstrate any breach of the conditions imposed at the time of granting interim anticipatory bail. Further, there was no new material or cogent evidence presented which could justify interference with the interim anticipatory bail order dated
09.05.2025. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application cancellation application is hereby rejected.
