The present application has been filed with a prayer for impleading the aforesaid private respondents no. 5-17 as respondents no. 5-17 in the connected WP(C) No. 174 of 2025 on the ground that their LUCY GURU MAYU M Digitally signed by LUCY GURUMAYUM Date: 2025.05.06 16:14:32 +05'30' 2 appointment order has been cancel by the writ petitioners of the present applicants in the aforesaid petition. All the learned counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present impleadment application as the said respondents are necessary parties in deciding the issue involved in the writ petition. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is of the consider view that the impleadment of the said private respondent no. 5-17 in the connected writ petition is necessary as they will be affected by any adverse order passed by this court in the connected writ petition. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the said private respondents no. 5-17 as respondents. No. 5-17 in WP(C) No. 174 of 2025. Misc. application is disposed of. JUDGE Lucy
