This contempt petition originated by reference to an order dated 02.05.2025 passed by this Court in terms whereof SWP No. 1715/2018 came to be accorded disposal along with SWP No. 1717/2018. 02. The end result of the adjudication was quashment of impugned order issued by the Deputy Director, Local Fund Audit & Pensions, Jammu, with a consequent direction unto the writ respondents to release the entire Serial No. 12 Regular List Page 2 of 2 CCP(S) No. 331/2025 in SWP No. 1715/2018 retiral benefits in favour of the petitioners along with interest @ 7.5% from the date of withholding of the retiral benefits till the date of its actual payment. 03. As the needful was not carried in compliance, the petitioner came forward with the present contempt petition instituted on 27.09.2025. 04. Mr. Anuj Dewan Raina, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the compliance has been carried out and, as such, the present contempt petition is rendered infructuous which is accordingly, disposed of and be consigned to records.
