Heard Mr.K.Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3. 3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation on its own merits and strictly in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned and take a decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
