(Oral) Pursuant to order dated 30.5.2025, Mr. Nitin Thakur, Advocate, has made available minutes of meetings of Finance Committee dated 13.6.2019 for perusal of the court, perusal whereof reveals that on 13.6.2019, matter regarding promotion /re-designation of Smt. Suminder Gupta, Ward Sister for grant of ACP Scheme (4:9:14) with all consequential benefits was placed before the Finance Committee, for consideration/ decision, but same was rejected. 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the execution petition and accordingly, same is disposed of, reserving liberty to 2 file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law, laying therein challenge to decision taken by the Finance committee, as detailed herein above.
