Anticipatory Bail Application No. 7310 of 2022. The said application was rejected vide order dated 06.09.2022. The said fact has not been disclosed in the present application. 3. At this stage, Sri Yogesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application. 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
