By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 232 of 2023 at Police Station - Civil Lines, District Rampur, under Sections 302, 325 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 09.07.2023. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 24.09.2024. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of status report sent by the trial court submits that the prosecution evidence has concluded and final arguments were scheduled on 22.09.2025. At this stage, no case for bail is made out. The bail application is dismissed.
