The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: A) To issue writ in the nature of mandamus by directing the respondents to consider the representation produced vide Annexure-F dated 19-12-2023. B) To pass any other order, direction as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case. 3. By way of a representation dated 19.12.2023 at Annexure-F, the petitioner has requested the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:10326 WP No. 105120 of 2025 respondents to continue the petitioner to serve in the respondents-institution. The said representation not having been considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. The respondents-institution is a private institution and the dispute which has been raised in the present matter is as regards the employment of the petitioner with the respondents-institution. As such, the same does not touch upon any public duty being performed by the respondents-institution. 5. In that view the matter, no mandamus can be issued to the respondents-private institutions.
