Mr. Azmeen Sheikh, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 & 4 4. By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.88 of 2024 dated 13.03.2024 registered with P.S. Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar, under Sections 363 and 366 of IPC. 5. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police on 05.07.2024 against the petitioner, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. In view of the above, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, a liberty is given to petitioner to challenge the charge- sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7. Interim order dated 27.06.2024 stands vacated. 8.
