JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: A. Directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 24.04.2025, 16.05.2025 and 29.05.2025 as per Annexure F, G and H. B. Pass any other order or orders as this Hon’ble court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of quashing. 2. The petitioner is working as an Assistant Professor in Kannada Literature in Kannada University. The petitioner claims to be entitled to the arrears of pay qua the 7th UGC pay scale. The learned counsel Shri Rajashekhar Gunjalli representing the respondent University submits that the respondent University has recommended and communicated with all the necessary documents to the State. The State has to take a call. 4. The learned HCGP would submit that, if a reasonable time is granted, the representation of the petitioner would merit consideration and appropriate orders would be passed thereon. 5. In the light of the said submission, I deem it appropriate direct the State to consider the representations submitted at Annexures-F, G and H of the petition dated 24.04.2025, 16.05.2025 and 29.05.2025, within an outer limit of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not earlier.
