According to the learned counsel appearing on either side, the parties have entered into a compromise on 30.05.2026, wherein the respondents herein had agreed for not pursuing D.V.C.No.12 of 2025. Based upon the above said compromise, the parties have filed an application seeking divorce in OP.No.167 of 2026, before the Sub Court, Aruppukottai on the ground of mutual consent. Orders have been passed on 10.07.2026 allowing the divorce application. 3.
