Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2489 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 118(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.,2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. On 05.01.2025, at about 10:30 p.m., the petitioner alongwith several other persons assaulted one Saheb Khan and Ruby Khatoon, due to which Ruby Khatoon sustained grievous injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused Arman of having given chauper blows on the injured persons. 5. Mr. Chiranjeev Bhadoria, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S.
