ORAL ORDER

1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: a. “Direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint made on 31.1.2023 as per Annexure-A.
b. Direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to respect and follow the court orders and directions issued in similar situations in view of Art-141 of the Constitution Of India hence forth. c. Pass such other order or direction, this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, notwithstanding the complaint registered before the jurisdictional police in respect of offences which are, on the face of it, cognizable, no crime has yet been registered. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate, on perusal of the papers, submits that appropriate action will be taken in terms of the judgment of the Hon’ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari
