After arguing at some length, Sri Shachindra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application/ representation before the Bar Council of India. 2. Sri Sai Girdhar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.2 and 3- Bar Council of India vehemently opposed the petition, but has no objection to the prayer as made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Heard learned counsel for both the sides. 4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and no objection made by learned Senior Counsel on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, leave is granted. 5.
