Baruah, the learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed for expeditious hearing of connected RSA No. 70/2024. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is a widow and there is no stay of execution in the connected Regular Second Appeal. She also submits that the respondents have filed an execution proceeding before the Trial Court and in view of the same, the Regular Second Appeal is required to be heard expeditiously. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the fact that as no stay of execution is in Page No.# 3/3 operation in RSA No. 70/2024, the prayer of the applicant is allowed and the connected RSA No. 70/2024 is directed to be listed for hearing on 22nd April, 2025. 5.
