Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though, based on the complaint given by the second respondent/de facto complainant, the respondent registered a case in Crime No.994 of 2020 against the petitioner, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is in progress and respondent police will be able to file the final report at the earliest. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent. 5. In view of the above, the first respondent police is directed to file either a final report or a closure report in Crime No.994 of 2020, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. 6.
