Mr. Shivam Sharma, Advocate for the applicant, through video conferencing. 2. By means of this present C528 application, the applicant has challenged the order dated 25.02.2025, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Uttarkashi in Criminal Case No.91 of 2022, Shubham Rawat Vs. Raghav Sharma, whereby the court has issued process against the applicant under Sections 82/83 of Cr.P.C. due to his non-appearance before the trial court. Further the order dated 25.02.2025, whereby proceedings were directed to be continued in absence of the applicant. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he want to surrender before the court below on the date fixed by this Court. 4. The prayer of learned counsel for the applicant is innocuous and well substantiates the justice between the parties; therefore, the same is allowed. 5. Accordingly C528 application is disposed-off and it is provided that the applicant shall appear before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Uttarkashi on or before 15 days i.e., 17.07.2025 and if the petitioner surrenders on or before the said date, as fixed by this Court, his bail application shall be considered, in accordance with law. 6.
