Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners, namely, (i) Moniruddin Sk, son of Late Jonab Ali and (ii) Asraf Ali, son of late Komor Ali Ahmed, both residents of village-Pub Simulbari, Kurshakti, Police Station-Lakhipur, District-Goalpara have preferred this pre-arrest bail application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 on 03.03.2025. 3) Mr. H. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that Police, on 21.02.2025 and 23.02.2025 have visited their house in connection with Lakhipur P.S. G.D.E. No. 197 dated 18.02.2025. 4) On instruction, Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submitted that as on date, no case has been registered against the petitioners in Lakhipur Police Station relating to said Lakhipur P.S. G.D.E.
