By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.177 of 2021 dated 28.06.2021 registered with Police Station I.T.I., District Udham Singh Nagar under Sections 498-A, 323 & 506 IPC. 5. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been filed by the police on 16.09.2021 against the petitioners, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. 7. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 8.
