Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the petitioner had provided his mini bus, bearing registration No. AS01 GC 5462, for the year 2020-2023 for hire to the respondent authorities. Though the petitioner had submitted his bills amounting Rs.28,66,632/-, as the hiring Page No.# 2/2 charges of his vehicle from 01.07.2020 to 31.12.2023, the petitioner’s bills have not been paid by the respondent authorities till date. 2. Mr. R. Talukdar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have verified the claims of the petitioner and it has been found that the petitioner is liable to be paid Rs.28,66,632/-. He submits that as and when sanction of the amount is given by the sanctioning authority and funds are allotted for payment, the amount claimed by the petitioner would be paid to the petitioner. 3. I have heard the learned counsels for the parties. 4. The affidavit filed by the respondent No. 3 shows that the respondents have admitted that they are liable to pay Rs.28,66,632/- to the petitioner, as hiring charges for his vehicle. 5. Accordingly, in view of the respondents having admitted their dues regarding the claim of the petitioner, the respondents are directed to give the necessary sanction and allot funds for payment to the petitioner. The entire exercise should be concluded within a period of (3) three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
