No.1100/2024 dated 12.07.2024 and the proceedings of the General Manager, Transport Department, Coimbatore Division in 5498/EO1 Tamil Nadu Government Transport (Coimbatore)/ 2023 dated 16.06.2023. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent representation on 18.06.2025 to the respondents 2 and 3 claiming time bound promotion and such representation is pending before them. 4.At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel would submit that the respondents 2 to 4 would consider the petitioner's representation, according to its own merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable time. 5.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.29640 of 2025 of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the above representation of the petitioner upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of.
