Also heard Mr. S. Paul, learned counsel for the informant/opposite party No.2. 2. The applicant, namely, Jahirul Islam, son of Usman Ali, resident of Village- Narsingbori, Ward No.6, District-Morigaon is a charge-sheeted accused in Moirabari P.S. Case No. 110/2024 under Sections 140(3)/64/3(5) BNS, 2023, read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, in which, he is in custody since 25.07.2024. 3. After filing of the charge-sheet in said Moirabari P.S. Case No. 110/2024 on 30.08.2024, the same was registered as Special (POCSO) Case No.122/2024 before the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO) –cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Morigaon. 4. The applicant as petitioner has filed the connected BA No. 121/2025 for his bail in said Moirabari P.S. Case No. 110/2024, renumbered as Special (POCSO) Case No.122/2024, presently pending before the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO) –cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Morigaon. 5. In the cause title as well as in the prayer of said Bail Appln. No. 121/2025, filed by the applicant as petitioner, the petitioner, inadvertently typed “Special (POCSO) Case No.120/2024 arising out of Moirabari P.S. Case No. 110/2024” instead of “Special (POCSO) Case No.122/2024 arising out of Moirabari P.S. Case No. 110/2024”. 6. Hence, this Interlocutory Application for correction of the number of said “Special (POCSO) Case No.120/2024 arising out of Moirabari P.S. Case No. 110/2024” as “Special (POCSO) Case No.122/2024 arising out of Moirabari P.S. Case No. 110/2024” in the cause title and prayer of said BA No. 121/2025. 7. It is seen that in said BA No. 121/2025, the applicant as petitioner has already Page No.# 3/3 annexed the certified copy of the deposition of the victim of the case, wherein, said Special (POCSO) Case No.122/2024 has been indicated. 8. Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Addl. PP as well as Mr. S. Paul, learned counsel for the informant/opposite party No.2 have no objection in such correction of said typographical mistakes. 9. Accordingly, the applicant/petitioner is allowed to correct the “Special (POCSO) Case No.120/2024 arising out of Moirabari P.S. Case No. 110/2024” as “Special (POCSO) Case No.122/2024 arising out of Moirabari P.S. Case No. 110/2024” in the cause title as well as in the prayer of connected Bail Appln.
