, J.(ORAL) This Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226/227 for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for issuance of direction to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and to restrain the private respondents not to harass the petitioners. Notice of motion. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sushil Bhardwaj, Addl. AG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State, who assures the Court that necessary action will be taken on the representation dated 18.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, by passing a speaking order within a period of three days from today, in the light of notification No.12/252/2023-4HG-IV dated 17.02.2025 issued by the Home Department, Government of Haryana.
