It is informed by counsel for applicant that during the pendency of proceeding, vide order dated 21.07.2025 applicant has been compulsory retired from service, therefore, he may be permitted to challenge the order dated 21.07.2025 before the competent Court/Authority. 3. Accordingly, present contempt application is dismissed. 4. So far as liberty is concerned, needless to say that once order is passed against the applicant, it is always open for him to challenge the same before the competent Court/Authority and for that, no permission is required from this Court.
