As such, the services of the petitioner in the said office are not required at this stage and he has been temporarily posted in the office of SDM, Sardulgarh. Learned State counsel further submits that as and when a new incumbent joins the post of ADC (General), Mansa regularly, the petitioner shall be attached with him immediately. Till then, the petitioner may be allowed to continue in the office of SDM, Sardulgarh. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the statement made by the learned State counsel.
