Revision No. 62 of 2010 passed by learned Commissioner, North Chotanagpur Division Hazaribag and also prays for restoration of the land as prayed for by their predecessors in WP(C) No. 2860 of 2023. 2. She submits that WP(C) No. 2860 of 2023 was dismissed as inspite of sufficient time no substitution was filed. These petitioners herein are the legal heirs of the original writ petitioner of WP(C) No. 2860 of 2023. 3.
