furnished by respondent No.4. Hence, respondent No.3 being the Competent Authority issued notice to respondent No.4, whereafter respondent No.4 himself tendered his resignation and left the work on his own on 11.04.2025.
The reply also states that marks were correctly awarded to the petitioner for the selection process in question. The petitioner was justly not awarded any marks for his BPL Certificate, which had been rendered invalid on the date of consideration. The reply further states that even if the said certificate furnished by the petitioner is treated as valid then also there are more meritorious candidates than the petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in view of reply filed by the respondents, the case of the petitioner for award of more marks to him, for his selection and appointment in the selection process in question is not made out.
In view of above submissions, this writ petition to stand dismissed, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
