Issue Writ in the nature of mandamus to issue direction to the Respondent No.2, by considering the application/representation of the Petitioner and direct to mutate the name of the petitioners as per Annexure-A and A1 in the interest of justice and equity. b. Any other relief deems fit in the circumstances of the case be pleased. 3. Whenever any application for mutation is submitted to a particular authority, the same is required to be considered by the said authority within a reasonable period of time, either accepting or rejecting the same, by assigning reasons. A mandamus is issued, directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexures A and A1 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
