The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 30(a) and 32 of Bihar Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 1215 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from the Hyva vehicle bearing Reg. No. WB39- B-6037 of which, petitioner is lease holder. 4.
