Mr. Ashim Mukherjee, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of respondents (State). He submits, petitioner has not fulfilled the requisition on documents. 3. On query Mr. Yadav submits, all documents were tendered. In the circumstances, respondent no.2 will issue order on the application, within three weeks from communication of certified copy of this order, to be made by petitioner to said respondent. 4.
