Tamta, Advocate, submitted that the charge-sheet against the applicant has already been filed for the offence under Sections 420, 504 and Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and further investigation is pending against the applicant under Section 13(I)(b) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 4. Mr. R.C. Tamta, Advocate, on instruction, has requested to permit the applicant to withdraw the present 2025:UHC:5732 anticipatory bail application with liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application with better particulars. 5. The said request has not been opposed by the respondent. 6. The present Anticipatory Bail Application (No.731 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh anticipatory bail application, but in accordance with law.
