Heard Mr.C.Deepak Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for first respondent and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate for the second respondent. 3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 04.10.2021, registered as Document No.3586/2021. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon Patta No.2749, which has been issued in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner submitted an online application on 13.11.2024 seeking for survey of the property and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, a representation was made on 23.01.2025. This representation was also not acted upon and hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.12146 of 2025 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act on the application submitted by the petitioner on 13.11.2024 in line with the title deed and also the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner, and conduct survey in the subject property for demarcation of boundaries, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any resistance, the second respondent shall provide police protection and if there are rival claimants, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. 5. This writ petition is dispose of with the above directions.
