The petition is rendered infructuous by the subsequent events, is the submission of the counsel for the respondent Sri. Prashant Hosamani. 3. It transpires that the suspension comes to be revoked on 30.01.2025 and the petitioner is posted to another place, where he has reported to duties. Therefore, the said petition is rendered infructuous, as there is no other relief that is sought at the hands of this Court.
