By virtue of the order dated 26th February, 2025 this court has disposed of the writ petition as not pressed according to the instruction of the petitioner as demonstrated by one Advocate Ms. Jahanara Begum led by Advocate-on-record Md. Idrish. Petitioner is directed to serve the applications upon the learned Advocates namely Ms. Jahanara Begum and Md. Idrish and file an affidavit of service within the returnable date. Mr. Chakraborty, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the copy of the 2 CAN application was served directly at the G.P. office. However for the better appreciation of the matter Mr. Chakraborty is instructed to serve a copy to Ms. Sonal Sinha, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State within the returnable date.
