Aggrieved against the orders passed by the District Consumer Forum, Lalitpur and State Consumer Forum, Lucknow the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-Respondents that against aforesaid order, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal before the National Commission as provided under Section 24 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. 3. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy. 4. Certified copy of order which is appended along-with the petition, office is directed to return the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after keeping the photocopy of the same.
