The present writ petition is misconceived as the petitioner has an alternative remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 2. The present writ petition is directed against a possession notice issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 3. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a Securitisation Application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, we do not find fit to interfere in the present matter. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.
