The grievance of the petitioner is that work under the contract dated 14.3.2022, has been duly completed but payment has not been made so far. The petitioner is alleged to have represented before the departmental authorities and has now filed the present petition for a direction to the authorities to make payment of sum of Rs. 28,47,822.77/- to the petitioner. 2. Before any payment is made, claim of the petitioner has to be examined by the authorities. There is no material on record to show that the claim is admitted. 3. In such circumstances, we leave it open to the petitioner to approach the authorities for appropriate redressal or avail such other remedy as may be available under the law. 4.
