JUDGMENT : (per Mr. G. Narendar C. J.)
The corpus is produced virtually by S.S.I. Anil Joshi, Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

On interaction, the Corpus denies the marriage. She further states that she is residing with her father and she has no desire to accompany the petitioner.

The corpus, being a major, even according to the petitioner, and the corpus is voluntarily staying away from the petitioner, the habeas corpus petition is

In that view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of by reserving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in a manner known to law.

Petition stands ordered accordingly.

There shall be no order as to costs.
