The present petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of roving in the nature of Habeas Corpus for appointment of a Warrant Officer with a direction to get release the petitioner’s wife, namely, Gurjeet Kaur, who is in custody of respondents No.4 to 6 since 16.07.2025 and her life and liberty is in danger at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. 2. On the last date of hearing, State was directed to produce the detenue namely Gurjeet Kaur and she is also present in person in the Court today. The Court has interacted with her. She submits that she is 20 years of age and she has married with the petitioner. She further submits that she wants to go with the petitioner, who is her husband. 3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
