The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 279, 337, 338 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 15 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of this petitioner. 4.
