Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Ravi Kr. Shukla, learned counsel for respondent No.3. 2. By means of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent concerned not to install urban waste over the land of temple i.e. petitioner." 3. Sri Ravi Kr. Shukla, learned counsel for respondent No.3, states that the urban waste, collected over the land of temple, is being removed and within two weeks the entire urban waste shall be removed from the land in question. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to ensure removal of the urban waste from the land of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 5. We further direct that respondent No.3 shall ensure that in future also no urban waste or any other waste will be dumped on the land of the petitioner.
