Vs. Kameshwar Rai and others), PS Sikandarpur, district Ballia, pending in the Court of Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act)-I, Varanasi. On the matter being taken up Shri Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of this application, the applicant has left for his heavenly abode and hence, the cause of this application has lost its efficacy.
