That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the respondents. 10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authority to issue Caste Certificate to the Petitioner. 10.3. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents by issuing the writ in the nature of mandamus to provide a permanent caste certificate of Schedule Caste to the petitioner on prescribed period granted under C.G. Lok Sewa Gurantee Act, 2011. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice” 2) Mr. Ramteke, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application for issuance of a social status certificate before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Dongargarh, District Rajnandgaon, was moved on 22.01.2018. He would further submit that the said application was rejected vide order dated 11.07.2019. He would also submit that an appeal was preferred before the Additional Collector, Rajnandgaon, which was allowed on 19.06.2019, whereby -3- the competent authority was directed to issue a social status certificate in favour of the petitioner. However, till date, no action has been taken. He would submit that a direction may be issued to respondent No.3 to comply with the order passed by the learned Additional Collector, Rajnandgaon. 3) On the other hand, learned State counsel would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner. 4) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5) Taking into consideration the fact that the appeal preferred by the petitioner has already been allowed and a direction has been issued by the competent authority to issue a ‘social status certificate’ in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law vide order dated 19.06.2019, but till date the order has not been complied with by respondent No.3. Thus, respondent No.3 is directed to comply with the order dated 19.06.2019 passed by the Additional Collector, Rajnandgaon, within a period of 150 days from today. 6) With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
