(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 04.07.2025 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar, whereby, the application filed by the petitioner for supply of CCTV footage of cameras of Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar, for the period from 19.11.2024 to 24.11.2024, was dismissed. A perusal of the impugned order shows that the case is already fixed before the trial Court on 12.08.2025 and it is deciphered that the trial Court is awaiting order of learned Revisional Court, which is pending adjudication. In view of the same, this Court finds that the present petition is premature at this stage and thus, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her remedy as available to her under law.
