The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: A. “Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to take action against the persons who dismantling the existing road by allowing the writ petition in the ends of justice. B. Issue any other appropriate writ, order/s or direction/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and attendant circumstances of the case in the ends of justice.” 2. This Court had passed the following order on 14.02.2025: “Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is deliberately wanting to drive the tractor on to the standing crops on the imaginary plea that there are no roads to enter his property. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner would not obstruct or destroy any crop of the impleading applicants, the Police while granting such protection shall oversee such activities.
